Born
and raised in Tegucigalpa Honduras, Central
America.
Came to the United States in 1992, Lived
in Los Angeles-California
for about 8 years then moved to Tillamook,
Oregon where I spent 1-1/2 years then moved
to Portland...In 2001 started dancing SALSA,
By the end of 2001 SALSA music got my interest
and started researching and learning about
this wonderful music.
January 2002 got my first GIG as a SALSA
DJ and I have not been able to
stop since then.
Salsa Music for me is what moves the soul,
when the bass of an incredible SALSA song
hits you on the chest with this amazing
force that you can only experience when
you are a SALSERO...I've always told all
my friends "IT'S NOT NOT WHO YOU ARE,
IT'S HOW YOU DANCE".
I define my DJ style as an OLD-SCHOOL CONTEMPORARY
combining latest
Salsa Music with the Old-School(the classic
tunes from the 70,s-early 80's) Salseros
that follow me know that and they also know
that I always try to bring the BEST and
nothing but the BEST when it comes to salsa
music.
In 2003 I put my very first SALSA event
together and that's how I became a Latin
Event Promoter....August 29, 2004 was the
turning point when along with my business
partner Rose Bonomo we put together the
biggest SALSA FESTIVAL in the Pacific Northwest
"SALSA EN LA CALLE-2004" with
an attendance of 4,500 people.
